The worship service,
composed.

AssemblyFlow plans the order, projects the words on the screen, and runs the stage display — from a single Windows app. Built with a cappella singing in mind, with livestream integration that's a first-class citizen, not an afterthought.

  • Runs offline, on the church laptop
  • 85 shape-note SATB hymns included, ready to project
  • From $20/mo — or free for 50 or fewer members

Planner

The booth's command center.

Build the service order from seven item types, hold the run, tweak lyrics in real time, and drive the projection. The Planner is the only window that mutates state — everything else reads from it.

  • Drag-and-drop service order
  • Live lyric editor for any song
  • Per-item background & speaker-notes overrides
  • Autosaves every change
Great are You, Lord
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise

Projection

Borderless, fullscreen, no chrome.

What the congregation sees. A clean fullscreen window with hover-revealed controls, ~350ms cross-fades, and three blank modes — Standby with the AF logo, true blackout, and your custom Logo screen.

  • 9 themed backgrounds + custom images & videos
  • Cross-fade transitions between every slide
  • Standby · Blackout · Logo screen

Stage Display

What the worship team needs to see.

A second screen for the people on stage. Current slide in big text, UP NEXT preview, a live clock and elapsed-since-launch timer, and amber-bordered speaker notes only the team sees.

  • Large current-slide text
  • UP NEXT slide preview
  • Clock + elapsed timer
  • Speaker notes hidden from the audience
Service composition

Seven item types. Everything a Sunday needs.

Drop any of these onto the order, in any sequence. Every item supports a per-item background override and speaker notes for the worship team.

Songs

Drawn from a local library of 85 pre-rendered PowerPoint songs cached as PNGs. Drag onto the order or click +.

Holy, holy, holy / Lord God Almighty

  • KJV King James Version — bundled, offline
  • ASV American Standard Version — bundled, offline
  • ESV via api.esv.orgfree key, 5,000 verses/day, non-commercial

Web remote

Drive the screen from a phone in your pocket.

A built-in HTTP server, bound to your church Wi-Fi. Any phone, tablet, or laptop on the same network pulls up a mobile-first page — Prev/Next, blank, jump items.

  • Installable as a PWA on iOS & Android — gets the AF icon
  • Same command file the booth uses — state stays in one place
  • Bound to LAN IP — never leaves your network

CCLI reporting

Logs every song, generates the CSV.

Every time a song projects, AssemblyFlow appends a log entry with timestamp, song title, your CCLI metadata, and your church's license number. When the reporting window comes, export a CSV — already in the right shape.

CCLI is Christian Copyright Licensing International — the license most congregations carry to legally project copyrighted song lyrics. If your assembly sings a cappella from public-domain hymns only, you may not need one at all. The CCLI panel is hidden by default; turn it on once you've entered your license number.

From the bench

An honest note instead of testimonials.

“AssemblyFlow is new, and we're not going to invent quotes from churches that don't exist. As real congregations start using it, we'll publish their notes here — with names attached, with permission, and only if they actually said it.”
