How do we know if we qualify for the Free tier?
Honor system. If your congregation has 50 or fewer members, AssemblyFlow is free forever — just download and install, select "50 or fewer" on first launch, and you're done. If your budget genuinely can't carry $20 a month even though you're a bit larger, take it anyway. We're not going to audit you and there's nothing to apply for.
How do I get my license after I subscribe?
After your payment, we email you a license blob (one long string) within 24 hours. Open AssemblyFlow, go to the Church menu → "Subscription & license…" → "Update license…" and paste the blob. Your license is then active and works offline — no internet required at the church after activation.
What's the difference between Standard and Church?
Standard is for congregations that only project during their main worship assembly — Sunday morning, Sunday evening, Wednesday night. Church is for congregations that also use AssemblyFlow in Bible classes, youth meetings, college class, weddings, funerals, and special events. Honor system — you self-select based on how broadly you use it.
When do I need Multi-campus?
When you have more than one physical building under the same congregation — e.g. a main campus and a satellite location. Multi-campus also unlocks NDI broadcast across the LAN and hardware switcher integration, which most single-building churches don't need.
Can I install AssemblyFlow on multiple computers?
Yes. Your license covers your church, not a specific computer. Install it on the booth PC, backup laptop, the preacher's laptop — anywhere your church uses it within the scope of your plan. Standard covers the main worship assembly; Church covers any room within a single building; Multi-campus covers multiple buildings under one congregation.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays on your laptop. AssemblyFlow is local-first — your service orders, song library, CCLI logs, and settings live in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\AssemblyFlow, not on our servers. Cancelling drops you back to the Free tier feature scope; every file is yours either way.
What if our church loses internet on Sunday morning?
The app keeps running. Once activated, AssemblyFlow works fully offline. License checks happen with a long offline grace period — your Sunday is never blocked by a network outage on our end or yours. This was the first feature we wrote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your Stripe customer portal (linked in your welcome email) or email us. Your current license keeps working until its expiry date — we don't yank service mid-subscription. We will never block a Sunday morning service.
Can our church send a check or do ACH?
Absolutely. Email support@assemblyflow.net with your tier choice and we'll send a mailing address or wire details. Make checks payable to Straight Truth Press LLC.
Is there a discount for non-profits?
Every AssemblyFlow customer is a church, so non-profit status is the norm — there isn't a separate discount layered on top. The free tier for 50 members or fewer covers our smallest-budget congregations. The paid tiers are priced for sustainable development of the software.
What about CCLI? Does that cost extra?
CCLI is a separate license from a separate organization. You still need your own CCLI Church Copyright License to legally project lyrics. AssemblyFlow just helps you log and report what you used.
What happens if I lose my license email?
Email support@assemblyflow.net with your church name. We'll re-issue your license with the same expiry date — no extra charge.
Will prices ever change?
If we raise prices, your current rate is locked for at least 12 months. The free-for-50-or-fewer promise is permanent.
