If you subscribe to AssemblyFlow (a paid plan for congregations of more than 50 members), payment is handled by Stripe. Straight Truth Press receives:
We do not receive your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details — those stay with Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle that data.
We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third party. Ever. Your contact info exists for one purpose: sending you your license and renewal reminders.
When you email support@assemblyflow.net, we retain the email thread so we can find context for follow-up support. We do not add you to any mailing list automatically.
Our website is hosted on HostGator. Standard web-server access logs are kept (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for troubleshooting and security purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking on this site.
AssemblyFlow is used in churches that include all ages, but the software itself is operated by adult AV volunteers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including minors.
If we ever change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the change to the AssemblyFlow website. Substantive changes will be announced via the renewal email cycle to active subscribers.
