About Straight Truth Press

Software in service of the local church.

Straight Truth Press is a small print-and-software shop putting scripturally-grounded resources in the hands of the local congregation. AssemblyFlow is one of those resources. The Biblical Standard Version — the translation bundled with the app — is another.

Our mission

A tool that doesn't get in the way of worship.

AssemblyFlow is built and maintained by Straight Truth Press — currently a one-person ministry. We'd rather be plain about that than pretend to be a large company. When you email support, you're reaching the same person who writes the code.

Straight Truth Press makes scripturally-grounded resources for local congregations: printed study material, the Biblical Standard Version translation, and now AssemblyFlow. The aim with all of it is the same — useful, plain, and affordable for the local church.

AssemblyFlow is priced so the smallest congregations pay nothing and larger ones pay enough to keep it maintained. That's the whole model. No venture funding, no data harvesting, no upsells.

"And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men." — Colossians 3:23

What we hold to

Three commitments.

01

Free for the church that can't pay.

Any congregation of 50 or fewer members — or any congregation that simply can't spare it — uses AssemblyFlow for free. Honor system. We have written this down so we cannot quietly change our minds.

02

Local-only by default.

Your service data, your CCLI logs, your song library — they live on your church's computer. Licenses are cryptographically signed and validated offline, with no phone-home. Sunday morning never depends on our server being up.

03

We never interrupt a service.

Your license works offline, and our billing is honor-based. If a card fails or a subscription lapses, AssemblyFlow keeps projecting — you'll see a polite renewal banner, never a locked screen mid-assembly. We will not hold a Sunday hostage over a payment.
